Most deliveries will take 2-5 working days from point of order unless otherwise stated. If there will be a delay beyond this in delivering your order we will conact you to let you know. 

Sonos products come with a two year warranty against manufacturing defects. We can extend the warranty for you using a Retracare policy, ask us for details.

Please note that deliveries are to the front door of the building, if you require the product taking to a specific room please let us know in advance so we can arrange it.

control over, or the technology built in to the device which may not be compatible with future service upgrades. We cannot guarantee the continued or uninterrupted availability of these services. Removal of any of
these services does not constitute a fault within the product or installation and is not covered by any warranty.
